Robin Berry has been a professional artist for over 42 years. Her first artistic life began in 1975 as a porcelain potter and lasted nearly 20 years. Following that, in 1990, Robin’s second artistic life emerged as she changed her direction and her medium from porcelain to watercolor, focusing exclusively on transparent watercolor. Robin was featured in North Light Books title, Watercolor Secrets, Chapter 1 and in 6 of the North Light’s Best of Watercolor series titled Splash: No.s 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, & 17. Her work has appeared in International Artist Magazine (No. 101 and 116) and Watercolor Magazine. She wrote two books, How to Paint Watercolor Flowers (2009) and Watercolor Secrets: 200 Tips and Techniques (2011); published by Quarto in London and Reader’s Digest in the U.S. Both have been issued in French, Spanish and Dutch.
